WHERE CAN I BUY THE PRODUCTS OF THE ENERGICA ONLINE STORE?

Energica Motor products can be purchased online directly from the website shop.energicamotor.com. Buying online from the website shop.energicamotor.com is very simple. Click on the item you're interested in to select it, specify the quantity you want and click “Add to cart”. Click the small icon at the top right to view the content of your order directly from the shopping cart. Once you've added all the items you want to your cart, click "GO TO CHECKOUT". You can now either register an account or purchase directly without an account. Fill out all the spaces in the form and click “CONFIRM” to go to the payment method page.

ARE THE PRICES SHOWN INCLUSIVE OF VAT/GST?

Yes, all online prices already include VAT/GST.

HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY CART?

Click the item you want to buy to open the product information page containing all the details of the item. Choose the quantity you want and click "Add to cart" to add the item to your shopping cart. You can either complete your order and go to the checkout or continue shopping.

HOW DO I GET TO THE CHECKOUT?

Once you've added all the items you want to your cart and want to conclude your purchase, enter all the information requested and choose your payment method, selecting credit card, debit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery. All the financial information necessary for the transaction will be transmitted to our partner banking firms providing the relative electronic remote payment services with secure methods ensuring that no unauthorized parties can have access to your information.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE FOR BUYING ONLINE?

No, there is no minimum order value.

WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

HOW DOES PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER WORK?

If you choose to pay for your online purchase at shop.energicamotor.com by bank transfer, remember to make the transfer within 3 days of registering your order. If no bank transfer is received within this time limit, your order will be cancelled. The bank details for payment by bank transfer are given below:

Your order will only be processed upon receipt of payment in our bank account (usually from 1 to 3 working days after placement of the bank transfer).

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ITEMS IN INSTALMENTS?

You can apply for financing for your electric vehicle with the credit provider Findomestic and pay for your purchase in instalments. Simply follow all the directions in the checkout and upload all the documents requested to receive a credit decision quickly from our finance department with no commitment on your part. If your application is approved, you will be contacted by our customer care service and guided through the steps for signing the digital contract and making the down payment.

HOW DO A RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?

Customers who require an invoice for their order must specify this request during the checkout procedure, before payment. Simply click the option "I want an invoice" and enter your fiscal details. A copy of the invoice will be included in the shipment received, and the digital version can be requested by emailing our customer care service.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

Once your order is completed, you will receive an email confirming your order at the email address entered during the purchase process. If you do not receive an email, check the junk or spam folder of your email account. If you're using a Gmail address, also check the 'Promotions' folder. In some cases you may receive confirmation of payment from your bank before confirmation of the order from the online shop. You will receive confirmation within 24 hours.

CAN I SPECIFY A SHIPPING ADDRESS DIFFERENT FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes, you can specify a shipment address that is not the same as your billing address if you want to have the order delivered to a different address. Simply enter the correct address in the space “Shipping address”. The invoice/receipt for your purchase will be sent to the address used to register on the website.

We ship throughout Italy (islands included), Europe and the rest of the world.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are shown in the checkout once all the details of the destination have been entered. Once you've chosen the items you want to purchase and add them to your cart, the shipping costs are calculated automatically.

ARE THERE CUSTOMS DUTIES TO PAY ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?

Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, which are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country. New Works Webtech Srl (which operates the Energica Online Store) cannot foresee the costs of customs duties for these destinations, which are at the sole expense of the purchaser and are payable upon delivery of the shipment directly to the relevant tax or customs authorities, or to the courier delivering the shipment to the final destination.

CAN I CHOOSE TO HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS NOT THE SAME AS MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS?

Yes, simply select the option "Deliver to a different address" during the checkout process and enter the requested details. As your order will be processed rapidly and handed over to the courier as soon as payment is received, it is not possible to change the delivery address after payment.

HOW ARE THE ACCESSORIES I ORDER PACKED FOR SHIPMENT?

The packaging solution used is chosen in accordance with the shipping destination and the quantity of items ordered to ensure that you receive your items in perfect condition. Items are insured for shipment. Please notify our customer care service if you think that your order has not been shipped correctly.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES FOR ACCESSORY ORDERS?

Orders are shipped immediately once they have been processed in accordance with our business hours (9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday). Orders received on non-working days will be processed starting from the next working day after receipt of the order.
It Italy, accessory orders are typically delivered within two working days of receipt of the email confirming that the order has been handed over to the courier. However, delivery times may be longer depending on geographic location, if the items ordered are not immediately available or if the recipient is absent.
In Europe, delivery times for accessory orders are approximately 3 to 5 working days from receipt of the email confirming that the order has been handed over to the courier. You be notified of the tracking number by text message, email or other means directly by the shipping operator (BRT, TNT etc.)

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES FOR ELECTRIC MOTORCYCLE ORDERS?

Delivery is organised upon payment for the vehicle and once all preparatory paperwork for registration of the vehicle is complete. In general, delivery times will vary depending on availability of the vehicle and the configuration chosen. As a result, delivery times may vary significantly.
Once you receive the email confirming that the vehicle has been handed over to the shipping operator, it usually takes about a working week for the bike to reach the destination address.

HOW DO I KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS?

For accessory orders, you will receive an email once shipment has been arranged. Once your order is picked up by the courier, you will receive an email, sent to the address entered during the purchase process, or a text message containing the link for tracking the shipment of your order. You can check up on your shipment at any time and see where it is directly from the website of the shipping operator. If you have not received this email, check the junk or spam folder of your email account. For motorcycle orders, you will receive an email once shipment has been arranged. The shipping operator will contact you to organise the delivery. Once you receive the shipment confirmation email, it will generally take from a few days to a working week for your order to arrive.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PACKAGE THE ACCESSORIES ARE DELIVERED IN IS DAMAGED?

If a package ordered from shop.energicamotor.com is delivered to you by the courier in visibly damaged condition, do not accept delivery of the shipment and have the courier return it to the sender. We will take care of return shipment and reship a replacement for the order to you. In case of shipments consisting of multiple packages where not all the packages received are damaged, do not accept delivery of the damaged packages only and have the courier return them to the sender, signing the delivery note of the courier with a reservation comment justifying refusal. In this case too, shop.energicamotor.com will take care of return shipment and reship a replacement. All costs for the return of damaged packages to the sender and the shipment of replacement items are at the expense of shop.energicamotor.com.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE PACKAGE RECEIVED ARE DAMAGED?

Please notify our customer care service immediately at the email address customercare@shop.energicamotor.com, describing the problem and, if possible, attaching photos of the item. Our customer care service will get back to you in order to resolve the issue.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You may return any items purchased or claim reimbursement within 14 days of receipt of your order. See the Terms and Conditions of Sale for more information.

DO I NEED AN ENERGICA MOTOR ONLINE STORE ACCOUNT TO MAKE AN ORDER?

No, you can choose to make a purchase directly without an account, simply entering your email address. However, we recommend creating an account as it lets you stay up to date with the latest news about our products, resume and complete an order you started previously quickly and reorder items you have already purchased in the past more easily.

CAN I MODIFY AN ORDER AFTER PAYMENT AND RECEIPT OF SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

No, this is not possible. Any costs incurred for changing the delivery address once the email confirming that the shipment has been handed over to the courier will be at the expense of the customer.

CAN I USE THE ECOBONUS INCENTIVE FOR PURCHASES?

The Ecobonus environmental incentive offered by the Italian state can only be used for purchases in Italy. A choice of two different state Ecobonus incentives is available on the shop.energicamotor.com website: 30% with no trade-in or 40% with old vehicle traded-in for scrap. Choose the applicable Ecobonus incentive in the checkout area when making your order.
To be eligible for the 40% Ecobonus incentive, the vehicle you will be trading-in for scrap must meet the following requirements:
• It must be a Category L vehicle. This information is given in section J of the registration document of your motorcycle.
• It must be classified as a Euro 0, 1, 2 or 3 compliant vehicle, meaning that it is subject to re-registration in accordance with Decree 76 of the Italian Infrastructure and Transport Ministry dated 2 February 2011 and published in the Official State Gazette of 2 April 2011 (in case of vehicles purchased with financing with a duration of 12 months or longer). This information is given in section V9 of the registration document of the vehicle to be traded-in for scrap.
• The vehicle to be traded-in for scrap must have been registered for at least 12 months in the name of the customer purchasing the new vehicle, or in the name of a family member of the customer residing at the same address.
Your old vehicle will only be accepted for trade-in upon confirmation by our customer care service that you have submitted your application for the Ecobonus incentive correctly. Vehicles which have already been scrapped prior to the order date or with license plate numbers not recognised by the Mise website will not be accepted for trade-in for the Ecobonus incentive.
